Lyla had her Spring School pictures and can I say that I just wasn't a fan? I mean, don't get me wrong, I think she is the cutest, but I just did not feel like either picture day captured a great one of her. In the Fall she had a huge shiner on her eye and this time her teacher did not put her bow back in her hair. So, I just snapped a picture of it and sent it back in without ordering any.
Here is her whole class. I figured some day she might want to look back and see her class, but I mean really, what do people do with their copies of these?! So again, I was cheap and did not spend the money on it, I just snapped a picture....
We had our 3rd annual Easter Egg hunt with all of our Dunwoody friends. I cannot believe how much these little ones have grown up!! I mean seriously.

Everyone's littles have grown up so much and next year Lyla will get to have her little in her lap as well!! I cannot wait! I am really sad that Asheley could not be there with Anne and Susan. Anne finally got her little for her lap :).

We missed having Anne and Susan here this year! Even though we all don't get together very often as a big group anymore, it makes me SO thankfully for traditions where we can be guaranteed to see each other and catch up during our crazy busy lives.

33weeks!
April 23rd, Lyla had her first dentist appointment!
She was SO good. She sat perfectly still and did everything they asked her to do.
I ended up just taking her to the dentist Adam and I go to, the one I have gone to since I was 6 years old!! She thought it was so fun that she got sit in the chair this time, as she has been several times with me and watched me get my teeth cleaned.
She got a perfect report!
The weekend of the 26th, Donna and Steve came for a visit. Grandparent's day at school was on May 1st, so they came in the weekend before and stayed the whole week with us. To say that they were a huge help would be an understatement. Steve helped Adam get the playroom painted and while Adam was at work, Steve got the baby room completely DONE (minus the bedding and window treatments that Donna is making for us!). They also were able to take Lyla while the carpet guys came to replace our lovely floral carpet with something more neutral. Not to mention we had already had sod delivered and laid the week before from when we had all our plumbing issues. Can you say CRAZY nesting before baby gets here?! I mean seriously, I am so tired, but decided all this needed to happen before he gets here! Thank goodness for such great family! I guess at some point I need to do a post on all the things we have done to the house, as it look completely different from when we first moved in!!

She loved this doll while we were down at MawMaw's house last Fall. So she sent it with Donna for Lyla to have. Super sweet!
34 weeks!! Crazy how time is FLYING by!!
We were able to pick out bedding and fabric for the baby's room while Donna was here. It is super cute and I cannot wait to see it all put together. One of my favorite rooms in our house for sure! Cannot wait to meet this little man...who still needs a NAME!!!
