Tripp Time

So this is just a little blog to brag about how much we love our Tripp and his momma Nicole. Lyla has been working on saying Tripp and "Dits" is how it comes out :) She loves her outings with Tripp, and I must say this last outing we had to the zoo was by far the best! Nicole and I just laughed watching them together. They had SO much fun and we felt like they were really friends. They know each other and and really interact so well together. Since they are four months apart, there has always been a little bit of a delay developmental wise between them. But since Tripp has hit two and Lyla is almost two, the difference is not as noticeable anymore, which makes for a really fun time. Tripp is totally all boy and Lyla is all girl, which is really funny to see come out when they are together. Tripp picks up every stick he sees and Lyla could care less and Lyla trying to show Tripp her finger nail polish and Tripp not caring at all :)

I know I have said it before, but I am just so thankful for this relationship with Nicole and the fact that Lyla and Tripp get to grow up together! And side note: Lyla loves Nicole!! I mean obsessed with Nicole. When we are with them, Lyla loves to hold Nicole's hand and have Nicole pick her up and hold her, although this last time poor Nicole is nearing the end of her pregnancy and could not pick Tripp up let alone Lyla. Lyla loves sharing Nicole's jewelry and looking at Nicole's pedicures and showing her what color her own nails are. It is too cute. Nicole is definitely ready for her own little girl, who should be making her appearance any day now!! We are so excited to meet her! It will be fun to have a baby in the group again and I know Lyla cannot wait to take care of baby Camille!
